This museum was formerly known as the Exhibition House of American War Crimes. The museums exhibitions include some disturbing photographs of the Vietnam War, a real guillotine, a simulated "tiger cage" prison and jars of deformed fetuses blamed on Agent Orange. This museum houses some of Ho Chi Minh's personal possessions. It was once a French customs house.

The museum has an impressive collection of Vietnamese antiquities. Sadly though, they come with by signs in poor English and are reek of Marxist biases.
